Homes That Change Lives (HCL) is now working to solve the nations housing program
by participating with various community revitalization programs across the
country. These community programs are a perfect fit with the goals and mission
of HCL. Community stabilization and restoration programs were developed to
assist in the national effort to stabilize property values and restore
distressed neighborhoods due to foreclosed and abandoned real estate. This
program is designed for homes to be purchased through approved “Direct Access
Platforms” through approved Non-Profit 501(c) 3 organizations.
Homes
That Change Lives, as an approved 501(c)3 tax exempt organization, has the
advantage of receiving REO properties before the open market listings and most investors
gain access. HCL is working with institutions, both private and public, to
purchase these properties and make them available to our target markets. By
allowing HCL to purchase, rehab and sell to our target market, we help maintain
fair pricing and equal distribution of homes throughout the community.

builders and executives focused on the goal of creating a better community
environment. By doing so, this expands our ability to make bulk purchases, rehab and sell multiple properties at the same

foreclosure now and in the future.
