Donations of Educational Materials and Seats at Events: Due to our major focus on promoting abundance through housing and entrepreneurship, HCL is particularly interested in donations of course materials, seats at events and boot camps from experts and leaders in all areas of real estate and personal growth. These in-kind donations are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
Donations of Perfect to Distressed and Under-Performing Real Estate: HCL will accept donations of any real estate, from perfect to distressed and under performing properties that we will transform into useful community and special needs assets. These donations are also tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
As an additional benefit to the donor, HCL will also feature each donor and their generous donation in our ongoing Public Relations campaign publicizing and memorializing all ongoing generosity to HCL. Should donors choose to remain anonymous, we will respect their wishes.
